CyberStore Documentation
Active Sessions

The "Active Sessions" grid allows you to view the information about all active visitor sessions within your web store at the moment. This information includes the length of time since the shopper last requested a page from the server, their user information (if they have logged in), the Items in their Shopping Cart (including total line value), and whether they have begun the checkout process.

To access the grid in the Console menu, go to Orders > Active Sessions.

When the application has loaded, the "Active Sessions" grid appears on the screen. Once loaded, the information within the grid continues to be updated every ten seconds through the Live Update feature.
