Commodity Code Maintenance
The "Commodity Codes Maintenance" grid allows you to maintain your commodity codes and the information about them.
To access the grid in the Console menu, go to Setup > Commodity Code Maintenance.
When the application has loaded, the "Commodity Codes Maintenance" grid appears on the screen.
When you click Edit or Add, the "Commodity Codes Maintenance" pop-up appears. This pop-up contains the following tabs:
General Items Product Classes
Use these tabs to maintain the key elements of a commodity code.
Use the the General tab to maintain general commodity code information and to configure options.
The General tab contains the following elements:

| Commodity Code | The Commodity Code for the Items classified as this commodity. |
| Description | A description of the commodity. |

Be sure to click the 
button when you are finished making any edits.
Use the Itemstab to [description].
The Itemstab contains the following sections:
| Items Information | |
|---|---|
| Add Items | A button that, when clicked, uploads any Items listed in the section above to the given commodity code. Ensure that there is only one Item on each line in the list you upload. |
| Stock Code | The unique identifier for each of the Items already contained within the commodity code. |
| Name | The name of each of the Items already contained within the commodity code. |

Be sure to click the button when you are finished making any edits.
Use the Product Classestab to [description].
The Product Classes tab contains the following [elements/settings/sections]:

| Add Product Classes | A field for adding new Product Classes to your Commodity Code. |
| Product Class | The current selected Product Class. |
