New ShoppingCartQuickEntryControl (#7766)

The ShoppingCartQuickEntryControl allows shoppers to add Items directly to the Cart. You can use this control as an alternative to the CatalogItemQuickOrderEntry control.

Using AJAX, the ShoppingCartQuickEntryControl sends real-time queries to the server to optimize performance and the shopper's experience.
