CONSOLE: Add Popularity Score to Item Maintenance screen (#11120)
An Item's popularity score is a decimal value that can be assigned to any Item. It is intended to represent an items rank compared against all other items. The value can be seen and modified in the Item Maintenance screen.
The higher the value of the popularity score, the more popular an item is, and conversely, the lower the number the less popular it should be considered.
