With the 2023 release, geographic setup screesns have been converted to grid-based standard screens. The screens updated are thos available through the Setup > Geographic Setup menu for Country Maintenance, State Maintenance and Postal Code Maintenance (previously Zip Code Maintenace).

Country Maintenance

The Country Maintenance grid allows for the adding and editing of geographic country information.

1. To Add a new Country record.
2. To Edit an existing Country record.
3. To Delete an existing Country record.
4. Action Menu
   1. Delete - to delete a selected group of country records.
   2. Export - to export a selected group of country records to different formats (xlsx, xls, csv, and pdf)
   3. Show/Hide - to set the Show Country attribute of a selected group of country records.

State Maintenance

The State Maintenace grid allows for the adding and editing of geographic state information.

1. To Add a new State record.
2. To Edit an existing State record.
3. To Delete an existing State record.
4. Action Menu
   1. Delete - to delete a selected group of state records.
   2. Export - to export a selected group of state records to different formats (xlsx, xls, csv, and pdf)
   3. Show/Hide - to set the Show State attribute of a selected group of state records.

Postal Code Maintenance

1. To Add a new Postal Code record.
2. To Edit an existing Postal Code record.
3. To Delete an existing Postal Code record.
4. Action Menu
   1. Delete - to delete a selected group of Postal Code records.
   2. Export - to export a selected group of Postal Code records to different formats (xlsx, xls, csv, and pdf)
   3. Set City and State - to set the City and State values of a selected group of Postal Code records.
