In order to prevent non-standard formats being introduced when pasting content from other sources into the CyberStore console WYSIWYG editors will filter out specific HTML attributes or tags so that they are not present after pasting.

The following HTML tags and attributes will be ignored during paste function:

• Tags: h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, div, span, script, font, form, input, textarea, select, option, center, frame, frameset, iframe
• Attributes in any Tag: style, class, clear, width, height, valign, hspace, vspace, nowrap, align, target, border

Editors found in the following console screens have been updated to include this feature:

• Account Maintenance
• Category Maintenance
• Customer Class Maintenance
• Customer Maintenance
• Distributor Maintenance
• Hot Spot Maintenance
• Item Characteristic Pop Up
• Item Maintenance
• View List Maintenance

The editors in the Content Editor and Email Manager are excluded due to the nature of potential creative flow of page and email layouts

Example Before:

Before this feature, cutting and pasting content from an external source, like Microsoft Word will leave a bunch of unnecessary HTML tags and styles in the HTML pane.

Example After:

After this feature, pasting from Word will leave clean code by ignoring the tags and attributes listed above during the paste function.
