Released as part of CyberStore 2023, the Registration Return and Repair Module provides a set of features designed to help to solve many of the challenges associated with your customer's ability to track, return, repair and service the products they have purchased from you. This module includes integration with the SYSPRO RMA Module.
The Registration Return and Repair Module introduces CyberStore Assets and Activities to help maintain the history for a customer's unique items. With the Registration Return and Repair module, a website user can participate in the self-management of the useful life of their products all the way through to the product's natural end of life.
The module includes the addition of a front end user experience for Return History review that lists all historical Returns for the Customer and provides the ability to view the details of each including their current status in the return fullfillment process.
Site visitors can easily create new requests to return items and connects to the SYSPRO RMA module. Specific Return request interfaces are available for submitting simple return requests, or more detailed returns for service.
New to the Managment Console menu is a new Returns option which provides links to screens for reviewing in progress and submitted Returns.
