The "Address Mapping" screen allows you to maintain addresses and the information about them.

To access the screen in the Console menu, go to Setup > Address Mapping.

When the application has loaded, the "Address Mapping" screen appears.

Maintaining Address Data

When you click the Edit or Add button on the screen, you can make changes to your mapping data. The following tabs appear:

General Test

Use these tabs to maintain the key elements of an address mapping.

The General Tab

Use the General tab to maintain general mapping information and to configure options.

 

 

The General tab contains the following sections:

General Information
Mapping Name	The name of the mapping.
Default Shipping Mapping	A checkbox that when checked will set the mapping as the default shipping mapping.
Default Billing Mapping	A checkbox that when checked will set the mapping as the default billing mapping.
Website Field	The following five fields should ideally be mapped in whole, or partially to the five address lines available in SYSPRO.  These address fields in CyberStore are: • Address Line 1 • Address Line 2 • Address Line 3 • City • State • Country The Zip code field listed here should be mapped to the Postal/zip code field in SYSPRO.
External Field	The external fields are the fields in SYSPRO to which you are mapping your CyberStore address fields
Location	This field consists of four columns: • Whole Field – is used to indicate that the selected CyberStore address field should use the entire contents of the related SYSPRO field. • First Part - is used to indicate that the selected CyberStore address field should use only the first part of the contents of the related SYSPRO field, up to the entered Separator indicated in the next column. • Last Part - is used to indicate that the selected CyberStore address field should use only the last part of the contents of the related SYSPRO field, from the Separator indicated in the next column. • Remainder - is used to indicate that the selected CyberStore address field should use the remaining text that have not been indicated for another address field.
Separator	Enter the character that should be used to separate the SYSPRO field when a location of First Part or Last Part is used.

Internal Address	An Internal Address used to test the mapping conversion to a Sales Order.
External Address	An External address used to test the mapping conversion internally.
