Keeping Sessions Active

A CyberStore user session remains active while the user submits requests before the session timeout or browser closure. The session timeout is configured in the CyberStore Management Console.

When a user leaves the CyberStore site for a connected application, the user does not submit interactive requests to CyberStore.

Keep-alive image

CyberStore Connect provides the Connect_Spacer.aspx keep-alive image. A connected application can place this image immediately after the HTML body tag, or include it in its theme, skin, master page, or template. After the user is authorized, the image request maintains the CyberStore session while the user interacts with the connected application.
