Pricing
CyberStore pricing combines product and customer context to determine the unit price a shopper sees and pays. A price can change when any of the following changes:
- Stock code.
- Quantity.
- Customer.
- Currency.
- Unit of measure (UOM).
All displayed item prices are unit prices in the applicable UOM. Extended amounts and order totals are calculated from those unit prices and quantities.
Source of pricing
SYSPRO supplies the base pricing data used by CyberStore. Standard SYSPRO Pricing is the normal source, while items configured for Trade Promotion Management pricing can use supported TPM prices and discounts.
CyberStore can then apply storefront-specific adjustments such as item or category discounts, surcharge fees, accessory price breaks, and web promotions. These adjustments do not replace SYSPRO as the source of the underlying customer and item price.
