Update Distributors from SYSPRO

Use the Update Distributors from SYSPRO Operation to synchronize distributor Customer information from SYSPRO in bulk. The Command is UpdateAllDistributorCustomersSYSPRO.

The update also attempts to retrieve geolocation for synchronized distributor addresses. A configured mapping service can provide precise coordinates; otherwise CyberStore can estimate eligible U.S. locations from its ZIP-code database.

Agent Parameters

Use only the parameters required to define the intended scope.

Customers	Customer numbers to update.	Comma-separated Customer numbers.
Classes	Customer Classes to update.	Comma-separated Customer Class descriptions.
enableMutliShipSync	Controls Multi-Ship synchronization during the update.	1 for enabled or 0 for disabled.

The Command parameter is spelled enableMutliShipSync. Enter the identifier exactly as shown so it matches the Operation contract.

Run and validate the update

1. In Tools > Operation Center, create an Operation definition.
2. Select UpdateAllDistributorCustomersSYSPRO as the Command.
3. Enter the intended Customers, Classes, and Multi-Ship parameter values.
4. Review the scope before running or scheduling the Operation.
5. After processing, review the summary and message in Operation History.
6. Open the Distributors Menu and verify the updated Customer associations, addresses, and Geolocation values.
7. Test Dealer Search for representative updated distributors.

Estimated coordinates display a caution indicator in Distributor Maintenance. Review those records before relying on address-level map precision.
