Characteristic Families

Use the upper Characteristic Families grid in Setup > Characteristics to group related characteristics for a specific CyberStore entity, such as Items, Categories, or Customers.

Field	Description
Name	Name of the characteristic family.
Object Type	CyberStore entity type to which the family applies. This determines where its characteristics are available.
Image URL	Optional URL of an image used to identify the family visually.

Use Add or Edit to maintain a family, then save the changes.
