General Customer Settings

Use the General tab to review SYSPRO customer data and set the CyberStore rules that apply to every linked account.

Field	Description
Customer Name, Phone, Contact, Default Email	Read-only SYSPRO data.
Customer Class	Determines the items the customer can view and purchase.
CyberStore Invoice Term Code	Initially populated from SYSPRO; it can be overridden in CyberStore and will not synchronize from future SYSPRO updates.
On Credit Hold (SYSPRO)	Read-only SYSPRO hold. Linked accounts cannot place orders.
On Web Hold	CyberStore hold. Linked accounts cannot place orders.
