Dealer Search

Dealer Search helps a site visitor find distributors near a current location or entered address. Available results depend on maintained distributor coordinates, the configured search distance, and the mapping service available to the site.

Choose a search location

Use either supported location method:

• Allow the search to use the current location when the browser and device permit location access.
• Enter a street number and street name, then select the intended address from the suggestions.

If current-location access is denied or unavailable, enter an address instead.

Set the distance

Select the distance limit for the search. CyberStore returns eligible distributors inside that radius, subject to the maximum distance configured for the site.

A distributor based on precise mapping coordinates may appear at its address-level location. A distributor derived from the CyberStore U.S. ZIP-code database has an estimated position, so distance and map placement may be less precise.

Review dealers

Select a dealer from the result list to open its detail window and location on the map. Depending on the configured mapping experience, the map can provide:

• Map and satellite views.
• Full-screen display.
• Location details.
• Street View controls.
• Zoom controls.

If an expected dealer is absent, try a larger permitted distance or a more precise search address. Administrators should verify the distributor’s address and coordinates in the Distributors Menu and review the Distributor Settings.
