Item Characteristics

From an item’s Characteristics action, maintain the additional data shown for the item.

CyberStore dynamically lists every Characteristic in every Item-type Characteristic Family. Each family shows the characteristic label, its value editor, and the configured suffix. The value editor depends on the characteristic type. Families let related characteristics be presented and maintained together for the appropriate entity type.

For an HTML characteristic, use the HTML Editor to update its value. To reduce non-standard formatting, pasted content excludes h1–h5, div, span, script, font, form controls, frames, and selected formatting attributes such as style, class, dimensions, alignment, and borders.

Save changes when finished. Characteristic families and definitions are maintained in Setup.
