Use the General tab to review the selected SYSPRO method and choose the calculation type CyberStore uses to calculate the shopper’s shipping price.

Field	Description
Instruction Code	Character code for the SYSPRO shipping method. Read-only.
Instruction Code Description	Description of the SYSPRO shipping method. Read-only.
Calculation Type	Method used to calculate the customer shipping price. Selecting a calculation type can update the tab because different types require different configuration.

Save the method after configuring the calculation type and any fields it requires.

Provider-calculated methods

When the Calculation Type is Provider, select the provider and a service value supported by that provider. The selected service must be available to the configured provider account and valid for the shipment being rated.

For FedEx REST API rate quotes, configure the FEDEXOAUTH provider and select a value from the configured FedEx OAuth method list. See FedEx OAuth Shipping for the provider setup requirements.
