Shipping Provider General Settings
Use the General tab to define the provider, shipment-weight calculation, and ship-from address used by the integration. The selected Provider Type determines the integration and can change the provider-dependent fields available on the API Specifics tab.

| Name and Provider Type | Provider identity and licensed provider selection. UPS integrations can use the legacy UPS type or the OAuth 2.0-based UPS OAUTH type. |
| Shipping Weight UOM | Weight basis used for shipment calculation. |
| Weight Conversion Multiplication Factor | Converts item mass to the configured shipping UOM. |
| Default Order Weight | Minimum/default shipment weight. |
| Use Branch Address as Ship From Address | Uses the SYSPRO branch address instead of the configured address. |
| Ship From Address | Street 1–3, City, State Code, ZIP Code, and Country Code. |
For UPS OAUTH, CyberStore uses LBS when dividing shipments into packages for rating. Shipments over 150 pounds are divided into packages of no more than 150 pounds. See UPS Shipping.
