Shipping Provider General Settings
Use the General tab to define the provider, shipment-weight calculation, and ship-from address used by the integration.
| Setting | Description |

| Name and Provider Type | Provider identity and licensed provider selection. |
| Shipping Weight UOM | Weight basis used for shipment calculation. |
| Weight Conversion Multiplication Factor | Converts item mass to the configured shipping UOM. |
| Default Order Weight | Minimum/default shipment weight. |
| Use Branch Address as Ship From Address | Uses the SYSPRO branch address instead of the configured address. |
| Ship From Address | Street 1–3, City, State Code, ZIP Code, and Country Code. |
