Characteristics

Use Setup > Characteristics to maintain the structured information that can be attached to CyberStore entities.

The screen has two related grids. Select the relevant characteristic family first, then maintain the characteristics that belong to it.

• Characteristic Families group characteristics by entity type.
• Characteristic Values define the fields, display behavior, and importable values within the selected family.
